 Determining thought vibration is a technique that many self-empowered individuals use to figure out whether an idea you are thinking is empowering or disempowering. If you are thinking thoughts that have a greater vibration, you often get even more of exactly what you desire in life – and you feel much better about yourself too.

Basically, ideas that vibrate at a higher level are likely to be sturdy, positive and healthy thoughts, whereas ideas that vibrate at a lower level are liable to be unfavorable, dangerous and disempowering.

This article will discuss a bit about low and high levels of thought vibration, describe the perks of vibrating at a higher frequency, and show you how to turn low frequency thoughts into high frequency ideas.

 

High and Low Levels of Thought Vibration

 When you are “running at a higher level of thought vibration”, it indicates your thinking is clear, favorable and focused. You are most likely to be in a relaxed state, and be more concentrated on possibilities than you are on problems. When your thinking is like this, your whole body feels good, and emotions like enjoyment, anticipation and happiness are the norm.

When you are in this state of mind, you may discover that people (and even animals!) tend to respond well to you, you will not tend to run into numerous problems or issues, and you could even come across a little good luck that you wouldn’t typically expect. When running from a higher level of thought vibration, people might subconsciously pick up on the truth that you are handing out “good vibes”. That’s all greater thought vibration is– good vibes.

However, when you are operating at a lesser frequency of thought vibration, you’re giving out bad vibes– you’re feeling sorry for yourself, reviewing things that have already happened, feeling miserable and disheartened, and feelings like anger, fear and discontent are the norm. People will unconsciously avoid you, or will be drawn into conflict with you. This is not a good means to live– but many individuals do live like this for a majority of their existence.

 

Advantages of a High Level of Thought Vibration

 Operating at a greater level of thought vibration is liberating, no matter how briefly you do it. Not just do you feel happier and more positive about life, but you are much less most likely to be judgemental about other people, or to engage in pointless adverse activities like gossiping and moaning.

You experience a strange sense of energy, which draws you to other individuals. In fact, you’re a lot more likely to want to spend time with friends and associates, and you’ll probably find yourself fulfilling brand-new and intriguing individuals too.

When vibrating at a greater level – or sending out good vibes, if you prefer – you’ll smile more, laugh more and not take yourself so seriously. You are happy with the present minute as it is, and you won’t lose time and energy wanting you was doing something else.

 

You’ll be more determined to attain your objectives, more favorable about achieving them, and simply usually pleased and memorable and taking pleasure in the wonder that is life. Good vibes are definitely the means to go!

 

How to Vibrate at a Higher Level

 One of the major objectives of anyone interested in individual development is to discover the best ways to regularly produce higher levels of thought vibration – although you could have been calling it something else; “happiness”, “assurance”, or an “abundance awareness” for instance.

Now I’ll show you a number of methods you may use to get your thinking back on track after falling under low frequency thought patterns – i.e. depression, sadness, negativity, temper and apathy. Find out what works best for you, and keep doing it. Thinking frequently at a higher level of regularity is rarely an overnight change.

Fortunately, the more you do this, the even more joy and greater levels of idea vibration will be your natural states of being. All you need to do is choose to run at a greater level – in fact, even thinking about thinking at the higher level has the tendency to get you there – a good little coincidence!

 

Visualization

 Visualization is the fastest way to run at a greater level of idea vibration.

To visualize, simply relax, shut your eyes, and see yourself functioning as pleased, positive and friendly as you can envision. Notice how you feel and what you can see, hear and smell. Notice what sort of thoughts you are thinking. See how individuals respond to you when you feel like this. Realize how good it makes you feel. Enjoy feeling like this! If you did this for a few minutes every day for 3 weeks, your self-image and thought patterns would change considerably.

Mind-calming exercise helps you the get out of the ever-so-frantic speed of modern-day life, and take time for silent reflection, peace of mind and relaxation. Naturally, this also assists you to raise your level of vibration.

Gratitude is my last insight for raising your level of idea regularity. Being grateful for what you already have in your life is a powerful practice, and will have an amazing result on your idea vibration.

Simply taking a few minutes to say “thank you” for all your family, buddies, situations and achievements is a quick-fire means to feel brilliant about yourself and your life, and thus transform your thinking into a positive and happy state. Shut your eyes, think of all that’s good in your life, and actually feel the sensations of thanks. You’ll be impressed at how “succeed win” this basic (but enormously disregarded) method is!

You may also want to look into Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. It allows you to release memories that are interpreted as problems. It consists of first accepting that what you are experiencing is your own doing. Everything in our experience is what we have first created in our mind. We then accept this fact completely and we mentally say “I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you”. That’s it!
